This lit up yesterday. Here's how it went... coasting down a very steep incline at maybe 15 mph and braking. Came to a rolling stop and moved into the road. Restricted performance signal came on, however it seemed to have full power. I drove for a few minutes and it went off. Today my Mr. Goodwrench put it on his scanner and it gave codes P0706 and P1111. I've driven it for about 25 miles with varied speeds and two startups, but it hasn't come back. I'm a bit worried, 'cause this car loves to ride on ramp trucks. Ideas, guesses, and comments are requested. Thanks, Bob

 

Sounds like you are still having gear selector issues since your disassembly....probably the gear selector cable improperly adjusted. Less likely is the gear selector switch is malfunctioning.
