Rotary switch compatibility
I'm replacing the rotary switch on my 1997 XK8 convertible.
Does anyone know if the 2001 switch is compatible with 1997? Opinions on the durability of each type? There is a switch with a brown casing (the one I have) and there's one with a black casing, seemingly used on the later models. Are they compatible with each other?
