Runs rough after injector replacement?
I recently had to replace an injector due to a warn O-ring. After replacing the injector the car still runs rough but not rough enough to put it into fail safe mode or throw a code. I replaced the replacement and it still runs rough. All electrical connections seem intact. Any ideas? Is it possible to have a single cylinder wash down?
I would think a single cylinder bore wash would be pretty unlikely plus after running bore was goes away. Have you checked to see what codes are showing up. It is possible while you were in there that you disturbed something causing a misfire elsewhere.
Read the codes and get back to us.

I agree with the previous replies suggesting something else has been the true cause of the rough running or been disturbed during the replacement.
As a procedure, I'd have done a hard reset to put the trims etc back to default after replacing a faulty injector.

+1 on hard reset (to clear learned values, in particular the fuel trims and anything it keeps per cylinder/injector)
Then either let it relearn (some warm ups) or look closely at both LTFTs and STFTs to see what it's doing.

The o-ring crumbled when I removed the injector. Most likely others are in the same shape, looking to replace all the injectors ASAP. It runs better the more I drive it. Perhaps I fouled a plug in the process.
