A few weeks ago I replaced the switches on my drivers seat, but in the process I must have broken the screwed-in part behind it as it won't stay clipped in.
Anybody know what this part is called and/or a product code so I can order a new one ?

I did the same. There's a clip on one side which breaks off. I'm considering alternatives today (rubber band, Velcro, etc.). The broken clip is connected not to the seat switch, but to the seat switch housing, residing inside the seat.
The housing is not available separately, it is part of the seat assembly. It is possible to repair by drilling a hole above and below where the plastic catch strip broke and inserting a piece of heavy wire to replace the broken plastic catch. The ends of the wire can just be bent over to keep it in place.
Are the seat switch housings still not available? Both driver's and passenger side on mine are broken. The driver's one was broken badly by the previous owner's hack mechanic. I just broke a small piece off of the passenger one.
I'm not sure wire, velcro and/or zip ties will hold them in securely.
I was able to find 2-seat control switch housings on E-Bay UK!! Not cheap (80-pounds for both), but the should hold my dangling seat controls in place!!
Jaguar should make that part separately! It was pretty brittle on the passenger side, the one I broke, and I was pretty careful removing it. The driver's one was broken in a bunch of pieces.

With some trial and error, and slight modification of Gus' wire method, I recently completed repair for the broken clip on my passenger side seat switch housing.
The photos below illustrate the process:
Front view showing wire clip installed. I used 12 gauge copper wire. 14 gauge would likely work as well, but I wouldn't recommend anything smaller.
After forming the clip for correct width and height to securely hold the switch pack, I drilled two holes (~3/16") through the bottom of the housing, just to the right of the broken plastic clip. The new wire clip is inserted from the bottom, and the slightly flattened ends are folded over and down against the bottom of the housing cup.
This view shows the installed clip from the bottom side of the housing.
Close-up view from the bottom with the switch pack installed. You can see how the ‘loop’ of the wire clip grabs the prongs of the switch pack to hold it in place.
