Likely cause is the demister vents popping up a little and rubbing on windshield.
Next time you drive and the squeek happens, push the vents down and see if it stops or changes.
2 ways to properly fix it. Pull the dash out and epoxy down the vents, or our favorite, pull the windshield......and epoxy down the vents.

The dash removal is a complicated procedure...not for the faint of heart. Full days work.
Did you drive the car and push down on the vents at windshield?

You shouldnt be able to pull the vents off that are at the windshield. Best way is to go to a glass shop and get the windshield removed. Then epoxy down the vents and leave something heavy on them overnight to help cure. Then have glass shop reinstall the windshield. Much better than removing the dash.
