Default Exhaust Smoke after vacuum fix

Hi guys.

2003 XKR 4.2 70k miles.

After replacing the breathers o-rings and fixing some leaks including the intake tube, I started to get smoke on start up which smells like oil. Installed a new genuine PCV but the problem persists.

I am pulling a lot of oil from the PCV to the throttle, and this is also reflected by lower oil in dipstick. Also when I pull the hose from the PCV I have a huge amount of vacuum suction towards the intake from the hose at idle. Not sure if that is normal.

Only other thing that I did during the period was add fuel injector cleaner, which was consumed and refilled tank with new fresh fuel only.

Car drives great.

Fuel trims at idle are:

LTFT bank 1 = 9
LTFT bank 2 = 6

Fuel trims when driving:

LTFT bank 1 = -1
LTFT bank 2 = -3

Please advise.

While waiting for some input, I will remove the cam/valve cover on driver side to check and clean the oil separator gauze as I read done by other members. Reason for this is when I pull the passenger side breather (the one connected to PCV) the suction to throttle is very strong, but when I remove the breather from driver side the suction to engine is very weak.

Fingers crossed.
