So, I’ve encountered clock/A-B odo memory issues
My cat is a ‘97 XK8 convertible with 75K miles.
Replaced battery, battery cables and alternator last year. Alternator failure blew a couple fuses, all of which I’ve replaced.
My problem is this: the clock in the MIR and the A-B odo memory only work when the engine is running. Both worked properly prior to the alternator failure. The clock now stops once the ignition is turned off. Odo memory automatically resets to “0”. I checked and replaced all the fuses and relays that seem related to “ignition off” power to no avail.
Any ideas/assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
