Default some pics from last saturday cars and coffee event

We hold an impromptu car show once a month here in St. Louis at a local Starbucks that is very close to me. Here are a few pics. That Shelby stole the show for sure! Gary's beautiful 66 XKE did too. Also a very nice Austin 3000!

Growler, those are some absolutely beautiful cars! I have a similar moniker as yours...Growl-R. I live across the state in SW Missouri. I would sure like to see a similar cars and coffee event started in the Springfield area. It's a lot of fun to meet fellow car enthusiasts (Especially Jag owners!) and get a closeup look at some fantastic machines.

I saw your other post with this one. Your Arden exhaust mod looks great! I bet it sounds awesome. Thanks for sharing your pics.

Growler,

Great to see British cars in the sunshine. That doesn't happen very often over here!

Thanks for posting the pics. It was a good showing, if a bit warm.
I was with the silver coupe next to you, and was a pleasure meeting you.

I'm hoping to have my 71 at the July show if it isn't too warm. We have an hours drive over, and those 2 tiny dash vents for the A/C won't exactly freeze ice cream on a hot day.

Yep, I like summer and I love car shows, but I'll be danged if most of them aren't accompanied by 100° ambient temperatures. I wish I lived in Monterey Calif. At least Hershey & Carlisle are in the fall... but they are enormous madhouses!
