Default Sticky Buddy

Howdy Folks:
I saw this "Sticky Buddy ~$10+S&H" on TV and I want to know if it would be good for a quick clean-up of our convertible tops(hoods). I have used rolls of tape doubled back for years. Any comments/reviews pro or con are appreciated.
Thanks

I don't know about the sticky buddy on TV, but I have been using the lint rollers from the store with very good results for a few years now.

First, I wipe it down with a microfiber cloth, and sometimes that is all that is needed. When there is a lot of pollen in the air, I end up using the lint rollers as well. I try to avoid washing it if I can.

I avoid washing also. This gismo is basically a lint roller with a permanent, sticky, rubberlike roller that when washed in water, releases the lint, pet hairs, or even coins. Then, towel dry, and they claim that you are good to go again.
