Default Stubborn harmonic balancer

I am changing out my tensioners (1998 XK8, AJ26 engine) but I am having trouble releasing the harmonic balancer from the crankshaft. The crank bolt is out and I am using the Jaguar puller but when I torque up the centre bolt on the puller, one of the bolts locking the puller to the balancer pulls through. Looks like I have damaged threads on the balancer and/or puller bolts. Any advice?

can you get a nut behind?

otherwise it sounds like rethreading the holes is in order but then you would need bigger bolts to match.

don't jump the gun ... someone else might come along with a better idea
