Fuel Injection Relay Removal

Fuel Injection Relay Removal
I've read here on the forum that the best way to crank the engine over to get some oil pressure back into the engine without starting it up after after replacing the secondary tensioners (yes, I had the 1st generation tensioners and both were cracked from the notch up along the length of the body: near catastrophe avoided!) is to remove the fuel injection relay. Correct?
I see the location of the relay from the 1999 XK8 Electrical manual is in the engine compartment, right hand side for my LHD car, near the scuttle (firewall.) But I can't figure out how to remove it. I don't want to try to pull the black plastic cover off and break it if there is some other way to remove the relay.
Help.
