Does anyone out there know the correct color of the interior for my 2004 XKR, all I can find is TAN? doesn't look tan to me. I have a couple of places that need some help from wear.
Thanks

Look at your driver's door jamb where the VIN is. You should see 'Trim". The three letters are your trim code that denotes a particular color combination for the interior. You can use that to match with repairs.

No worries, I think you'll find much common ground around here...

When you have your Trim Code, view this video for reference.
It includes the codes for cars after 2003 and you will be able to determine the colour description.

Yes, it does but you got to talk to a few us in the forum, LOL. And I learned something too, I'll look at mine to see how they call that out. TM

As with most stuff on YouTube, this video is not accurate.

It doesn't even list the color code for my 2004 XK8 which is CHA = Salsa Red (and I think the CGL Phoenix Red color was no longer offered when CHA started in 2003).

Really wish folks would do their diligence before posting their version of "facts". Omissions like above ruin any chance of me trusting any of this series of videos.

Agree that YouTube can sometimes be a risky reference guide.
However, in this case the video gives accurate info for interior Trim Codes, which is the subject of this thread.

I guess you can spin it however to suit you.

Exactly how do you know the info is accurate? I found inaccuracies easily enough.
