Default Super charger constantly on !!!

drivung home last night as I pulled into my street my xkr was over furling and running very lumpy at slow speeds , it cut out as I parked .
in the morning started it up and pooped the bonnet .
tge supercharger is trying to spin up all the time !?!?
Help please

Errr ……………. the supercharger is connected to the crankshaft by a rubber belt. If the engine is turning, so is the supercharger.

yeah I get that thanks , i ment it’s making a loud induction noise and revs hunting ...... anyone else had this at all ?

The induction noise you hear is the supercharger sucking in un-metered air. The most likely problem is the supercharger By-Pass valve is stuck open.

I hate mystery cars but this might a fault????No Make Model Year and you are on your own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
