Replacing springs and shocks (front bushing and ball joints as well) just thought I'd post a pic of how the springs old vs new. While the new are Amadesh Lowering it's only 2.5 cm you will see the old uncompressed spring has lost quite a bit of tension. I also found a shock bushing bad which cause the shock to wear and leak hence the replacements as well, this caused undue wear on tire and these too will be replaced.
