Hello,

i need some advice and information.

What we are talking about is the speedometer/tachometer of my XKR, Modell Nov 2003.

I need to know the Pin Assignments of this tachometer, because i like to modify the display to some diffrent colour.

For the test-runnings, i need to know the Pin Assignments.

Do you know someone who might know it or where i can get this information?

Full electrical schematics and connector pin outs are available in the Jaguar Technical Information System (JTIS) available for down load in the 'Sticky' above. Not sure that is going to affect the lighting color though.

 

The Instrument Pack display colour is from a combination of the bulbs (clear) and the dial marker bar/number tint.

hi,

we already changed the colour of the display ... you need to change the "foil" of the display. Mercedes does have foils which are quite good for it.

The lamp behind ist shining too yellow so you need to change it with some blue LED.

what i need ... is the assignments of each pin from the both plus (the yellow and the black one)
