Default Thanks to all of you!

I am a new 97 XK8 convertible owner and must say that at first with all the electronics I was a bit intimidated by it. With your help here on the forum I seem to have it all sorted out now. All working properly. Between your knowledge, you tube and ebay it is coming along nicely and is a lot of fun. Again thanks!!

Ed

Ed,

Good to hear your XK8 is sorted and the forum has helped. Not much beats the combined expertise of the members here.

...And most of those YouTube videos were from our member Reverand Sam who unfortunately sold his car some time ago. Here is to hoping he'll be back with another XK8/R sometime.

Ive only been here a month and this forum saved me over 15 grand or my cat from being junked, for repairs costing me under 15 dollars.

I tell you man, a lot of misinformation on the cat is out there. People faces drop when the top is down and interior exposed. Only thing I need is to change out 6 old speakers and replace them with modern technology. And flush out the gearbox and tranny.

But before working on this car, always ask,I WENT TO REMOVE MY FUEL LINES, AND THEY WERE IN NO MANS LAND, WITH A BUNCH OF BROWN SPIDERS THAT FELL ON MY ARM AND FACE, MAKING ME HIT MY HEAD.

ive found many tricks in this kitty's litter to mess you up.

I belong to a lot of car forums but this one is the best at being helpful and informative when you're faced with a maintenance issue.

THIS FORUM IS THE BEST!
