You was right, I have all the pieces. However, I put everything together, check if it was power (it is power) but still is not working. Which is kind of crazy, I have power then I put a lamp in the middle and it doesn't work...I bought a LED lamp, would that be a problem?

Flip the lamp the other way round in the socket & try again. Most LEDs are polarity conscious.

Yes - it's called a "Plastic Tube" - part number HJA78945DA. About $3US I think. (£2.17 UK)
A couple of inches of ball-point pen tube for 5 cents will do the same job unless you are worried about originality !!
