Default Throttle body motor creating electrical noise

I think my throttle body motor is polluting my electrical system creating pretty significant feedback that is ruining my audio system.

The feedback is present even when the car is in accessory mode without the engine running. When I pull the 30amp fuse for the throttle motor the feedback stops. I did have my Throttle Body rebuilt in 2018 by ASI.

Any thoughts on what component in the TB would create the feedback. I may just buy a used one to see if that takes care of the issue, but if I can fix the one I have that would be better, putting a old TB in my car is not my first choice.

Have you tried checking all the grounds on the audio equipment and the throttle body? You want practically zero resistance between them/battery negative.
