Esso and Mobil 1 are the same company. There are no long term road tests but I went with Mobil 1.

I have the spec sheet for mobile 1 synthetic trans fluid, 100% compatible with the esso spec used in our boxes. you can find the spec sheet in a couple of minutes on google.
