Ultragauge support
I have had my Ultragauge for about two months. And I really like the function of the unit. But I had trouble with it loosing the set-up. When I plug it back into the car (I don't leave it plugged in) the pages that I had parameters assigned to showed nothing. Message, "no gauges assigned". And when it would boot up it would not be on page one where I had it before disconnecting and I would need to scroll to find page one. According to all instructions I am using it properly. Going through the set-up each time I drive the car is a real pain.
The support from Unltagauge has essentially been, well missing. They only respond on Mon, Wed and Fri. Their response on the set up problem has been no help and it looks like someone is using a menu to send out responses. They have ignored the boot up problem as I have not heard from them since Monday. Sending it back at this time is not an option as I need it to monitor coolant tempt during the very hot weather in Texas at this time. So I will live with it for a while. We'll see if it gets better. But I wish I had bought something better.
