Update 2004 Nav System possible

I've searched and can not find the definitive answer. Can the 2004 XKR Nav system, be updated?

Jag stopped supporting the Nav system a while ago. That is why most are swapped out for 3 Gauge dash, or replaced by Garmin or other screens.
