Upper wishbone bushings

Upper wishbone bushings
Well, another successful do-it-yourself project, thanks to Rev Sam and his videos.
For a while now, I've had a 'creaking' noise in the front end whenever I negotiated a bump with a bit of brake applied. Then it became more of a 'clunk' and I could feel it in the steering wheel. The fact that it was worse under slight braking made me zero in on the upper strut bushings as they were the points likliest to be loaded up differently under those conditions. I guessed a bit further that it was the right-hand side, but when I pulled both front wheels to compare the situation, the left side had some tell-tale deterioration visible. Sure enough, the picture attached tells the tale.
One thing I did notice was that, unlike the replacements in the Rev's video, my replacements were an exact duplicate of the originals, which makes me think that the Rev's may have been aftermarket, and not OEM as supplied by my local Jag dealer (via Germany!) The whole operation went smoothly; no vice-destroying pressing in or out was required, and Mr. J. Junior is stealthier than ever.
Thanks, Guys, and Rev. Sam in particular.
