Default Vacuum gauge

I decided to install a gauge works as it should




added pucture car running

Looks low to me. Assuming you’re at near sea level and engine is at idle. Would think 15-20 would be more “normal”?

Just a thought.

that pic was with ignition swith on was going down you are correct i am around 14,15

You will find the reading is very low 15 in Hg compared to a less tuned car at twice theat figure.
This is why the brakes are so poor and feel soft. I fitted an electric vacuum pump and the brake teste readings went from 150 to 300 with a hard pedal.

driver side behind the wiper you will see a rubber groomer make a small slice feed small thin rid it will show u0 by the footwell against the lower kick panel

Firewall. .Yes that is a problem. You only have the live to take to the brake light relay in the Trunk. I drilled a small hole to the right ( car right ) and came out near the pedals. The RHD if totally different in the Servo area but you may get a wire through with the Hood release.
