Default Want to buy XKR Rim

Ran over someting in the road today that took a piece out of my rear rim and caused a flat tire. Looks like the Rim will not be usable again. Rim is off a 2001 XKR Conv., 10 slot 19".

Can provide picture if necessary--Anybody have a rim in great condition that they can sell.

Please send an email to: gary.d.notte@us.army.mil and also respond directly to this site.

Thanks

Gary

Try to get it repaired before you buy one. I had a wheel crack on my other car and the style had been discontinued I had the wheel repaired and re-chromed for less than a new wheel would have cost.

yes I would get it repaired too, especially since it took me 6 months to get 18" 01 XKR rear wheels after my wifes accident. I put a salvage yard locate on them and they cost $300each shipped when finally found. At least they were refinished, and 19" are even harder to find, unless theyre still being made. The 18's are not

Default want to buy rim

sorry guys for leaving you hanging. I was out of the country on business.
Turns out after further review of the rim--it was salvagable. The wheel had to be replaced due to a sidewall tear and the rim had a gouge in it but I was able to grind it down and install the new tire. Wish I knew the rim color so I could make some cosmetic repairs. Glad I didn't have to buy a new rim--after top hydraulic line replacement, secondary tensioners and trans pan gasket and fluid replacement I need a break.

any decent wheel repair shop can color match. rate is $50-125 depending on damage to be repaired or just repaint

$50 is a great price per wheel, the jag dealer by me charges exactly $126 per wheel (takes one day, you can take the car in, or just the wheel and all inclusive price) and that includes the WHOLE wheel refurbed/painting , not just the spot I gouged taking the curb at Rosas Cafe drive-thru...those homeade tortillas and queso is so yumm. I almost didn't
