I ordered a new water temp sensor from Reno Jaguar part # LHE160AA which there web site said was the correct part for my 1997 XK8. The sensors fits the opening but the electrical connector does not match up with my on the car connector. Just wondering if anybody can chime in and point me in the right direction.

If you haven't already replaced the plastic outlet pipe that the sensor screws into replace that. They tend to fail with age like all the other plastic parts and a new one includes the sensor. AJ85885. sng barratt gives the temp sensor #LNA1600AA, so the part they sent you is incorrect.
