what to look for before buying XK8?

Hi,
what to look for before buying a Used XK8? car in question is 2004, XK8 with 125K miles.

Don’t buy a car that doesn’t come with an extensive maintenance & repair history / documentation.

Rust and water under the back seats leading to wet carpets in the front footwells ..then check for Rust again
