Default Hardtop

Did anyone ever make a hardtop for the XK8 convertible?

My XK8 has a hard top! But I assume you mean a removable one, so the answer is, as far as I know, 'no'.

That's pretty cool. I bet they're rare and expensive.

Looks like I stand corrected! They are obvioulsly so rare that I'd never even heard of one. A bit more research suggests that Arden used to make it (not listed now on the website) and they were about 7,000 Euros ten or fifteen years ago.

Cheaper just to buy a coupe for rainy days and keep the convertible for when the sun is shining.

Weismann made the top for Arden. That was my car & to the best of my knowledge the only one in the US.
