Default What oil for the differential?

It appears the Shell oil is difficult to obtain, what are the alternatives from Mobil, Castrol etc?

Default Shell recommendatation

I have spoken with Shell-UK's technical department and they recommend "Thermally stable super 90" as the replacement oil for Spirax Super TS90 which is now obsolete. This is for both topping-up and re-fills.

I believe from reading the old TS90 spec on some obscure site that the TS90
was a synthetic.

I use Redline 85W140 synthetic.

Shell UK have advised the following regarding availability:
"Based on our current UK portfolio, it is still available in 20L packs with this material code: 550035831. I've also checked this with our lubricant orders team and they confirmed this as well. You can try ordering this from one of our major UK distributors, Certas Energy: 0800371910." (UK tel No).
Which is good in a way but not if you only want 2L. As a result I've gone for Millers synthetic70w90.
