Talked on the phone with Discount Tire, the fronts will stick out a little over 1.5" more than my 18s, just went with the 20 offset. I've attached some pics of my current wheels, will post more after.

edit: for those of you wondering, Coventry wheels are supposed to accept OE lugs.

BTW, I love the Sapphire color, you should be proud, you're lucky.

Ordered them at noon yesterday, got delivered by freight from GA and IL.

edit: they sent me the wrong wheels, I'm pretty upset, I ordered them on the phone and the rep was very clear that the 9.5s would come from from IL and 8.5s would come from GA, but I got four 8.5s from different places in GA

bummer on the error - but I'm sure they will correct asap. At least yours came with no damage!! 3 out 4 had nicks on the edges and had to be replaced (they ended up giving me chrome at no extra charge since it would be another 3 months to get the hypersilver I had ordered.

I called them, they said I could just drop them at the store near me, then they'll ship new ones once I do. I'm gonna check the ones I got for damage, I noticed some issues, paint was rough on the edge of the lug holes on one. I'll just keep the best two.

Here's more pics of one, definitely scratches on the inside, a few very small scratches on the trim ring, barely noticible.

Just dropped 2 wheels (gave them the ones with the most scuffed back sides, not that it really matters) at the local Discount Tire, right ones on the way. I think I'm gonna get the rims ceramic coated on both sides for about $300 by my neighbor. I've cleaned ceramic coated rims and brake dust just comes off with water. Also I like the black barrels, very nice touch. I think I'm going to go with the Pilot Sport 4S. 255/40/19 on the front and 275/35/19 on the rear. It's a stretch for me financially, but I want to do it right.

I have always admired the Coventry Whitley wheels. If my wife's 2006 XK8's factory chrome 19-inch Atlas wheels (I call them the drug-dealer wheels but she likes them) ever fail to the point of not holding air pressure any longer due to pitting and flaking chrome, I will try to convince her to order a set of these Whitley wheels instead of going to the time, trouble, and expense of having her factory wheels shipped off to CalChrome in California to be stripped and re-chromed as she wants to do. That argument will become a battle and as all of us married guys know, we must choose our battles wisely....

Looking good!

When I got my Montreals, I did an experiment where I ceramic coated two wheels and left the other two alone. Definitely made a difference. I just ceramic coated the remaining two. Will mount them up later this week, maybe. I'm not huge on ceramic coating, but hard to argue with the results there, especially because I hate cleaning wheels.

I don't know if $300 for all the rims front and back is a bad price, but he paint corrected my car and it came out great"

Just got the rears, the extra inch of width makes them appear a lot larger, the lip is definitely deeper too.

Yeah, I think the extra width tightens up the look really well. Closing the wheel-fender gap a bit does a lot for modernizing the car's look and making it look a bit more aggressive.

The rears on mine are 285 width, and I love how aggressive it looks from the back. I'm sure you will too!

I just got these solid Adamesh lug nuts, I am not a fan of the finish, I may just buy more OEM ones to replace mine, they're not holding up too well. I really need to start working on my car more, I have a closet full of parts I've accumulated as I've been home more.

The Adamesh lug nuts are not attractive but they are short enough to be hidden from view most of the time. I picked up a set of them for $50 six or seven years ago and they have worked well on my wife's 2006 XK8....

Shame the growler branded lug nuts don't fit XK100s, I really like this look.

edit: I looked around some more, I'm not really a fan of mixing Jaguar logos, maybe I'm too obsessive. I think I'm going to stick with the center caps in green from late XK100s or the union jack variant.
