I found this :



Laying in the bottom of my drivers door. I know it attaches to the window glass somewhere but can't tell the exact location. Do any of you folks know ?

The drivers window "rattles" when you close the door and the passengers does not. I figure that thsi little thing falling off must be the cause

 

I 'think" I found it it in the SNG Barrat catalogue. It appears to be called ( surprise ) an "anti rattle buffer" now I have to figure out how to attach it !!

 

Can't find any decent illustration or data on the anti rattle buffer. Does anyone know where exactly it goes...........or am I going to have to disassemble my passenger door to find out

Here you go. They are originally a push fit but it is better to glue them in place.
