Default Will newer XK wheels work on ours?

My double fives are rather chewed up from several previous owners, and looking to get new tires soon, I'm not sure I can bring myself to retread them. I found a good deal on an attractive 19" 'OEM+' set that I'm considering. Probably closer to year-end. Thanks.

If by newer you mean the 2007+ X150, then no, the bolt pattern is different. With some effort you can do it by way of adapters but they are not a direct bolt on.

Adamesh sells the adapters. Here's a link in case you're still interested: Jaguar XK8 XKR Wheel Adaptors

Appreciated, Dev. Did the bolt pattern change mid-X100 platform or starting with MY2007?

Are the adapters any less 'safe' than spacers? At that cost overseas, I may reneg and look for another XKR-compat set. Not in a rush though.

Chris,
I was considering getting Sentas for my car, but decided against it. No reason in particular, kind of lost the zest for it I guess. However, Before I changed my mind, I wrote to Adamesh and asked him the same question that you're asking me. Adam assured me that the wheels would perfectly fit my car and that the adapters serve as spacers too. I'm not sure if you've seen my recent post, but I got a set of wheels that are made specifically for the XKR. They look great and I don't have to attach anything else between them and the car to make them fit. Here's the link: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...r-pics-102767/

I did see that! Looks good. Was considering those but probably another OEM+ variety in a 19" flavor. The Sepangs are my dream wheel, but I think they're more easily attained for a good price by buying another X100 with them, swapping wheels, and selling that car...

You're probably right, but I find that selling a car is more of a headache than just buying wheels for it, but that's just me

So will the 19" 2007-2012 XK rims fit on the 2003 XK8? Still not sure here?

Thanks! I've used adapters on other vehicles with mixed results. any one here use adapters with great success on the Jaguar XK8 at all speeds without any control/ drive issues?
