Default Window fitting

The driver's side window on my 01 XKR convertible is badly scratched and can't be polished out.

I've found a suitable used glass, but does anyone know about fitting it? Is it a DIY job (I'm not that handy!) or do I need a professional?

Any idea how big a job it is?

Thanks

Personally I would say professional job. The door is crazy complicated (check out some of revsam's videos).

They mess up, they fix and they get cut, you don't get cut
