Window Issue
Few weeks back, while raising drivers side window it began falling forward at the half-way to the full closed position. If door is closed window stopped as it rubs into rubber molding. I figured out that if I hold the window with my free hand, pulling up & back at the half up position while raising, it closes fine.
I just reviewed Sam's video on window adjustments but don't believe these adjustments would remedy problem. Window is still air tight, rubber gaskets in good shape. Only thing I've noticed since owning Jag is a slight noise at that half way up area.
Anyone have similar experience?

Remove the door panel and look for a loose or missing bolt between the window mechanism to the door. Also look for evidence (paint scraping) of any bolt in an elongated hole that may have slid out of position.

Yes, check the two bolts for sliding. Marked with green stars in the picture.

Just finished window adjustment. Fix was the glass lift regulator channel adjuster. Took around 3 hours due to trial and error. No loose bolts or slide wear marks. Soon as I loosen & adjusted nut & tightened, window worked like new. Didn't break anything & door functions work fine. Happy Happy!
Thanks again To Rev. Sam, WhiteXKR and JoukoN.
