Windows open but top will not

Default Windows open but top will not

all windows go up and down with the top switch but the topwill not open. Sounds like no voltage going to the pump. It did this once lastyear and i ran the windows up and then back down and it worked fine. Any ideas?thanks in advance.

once the windows are down, what happens? does the top release from the top rail? is there any sound at all, like it wants or should be going down or just silence?

Have you checked that the pump fluid level is between the two embossed lines on the tank?

just silence. The fluid is fine. Once i found the 2 roof relaysi switched them and it is working (for now)
