Default Windscreen washer pump not working

Neither of the washer pumps are working when button pressed, no squirt or noise from pumps, checked the fuses all ok, is there a relay for these pumps. How can I check that the pumps work or don’t work, I find it hard to believe that both pumps fail at the same time, Any advice much appreciated

After checking fuses, you may wish to expose the washer pump/reservoir assembly behind the driver’s side (LHD) front fender liner. You can access the windshield washer pump there for further diagnosis/repair.

Do the wipers run when you press the button?

There is no separate relay or fuse for the windscreen washer as it is driven straight from the BPM. The headlight washer does have it's own relay and fuse.

Yes the wipers work when button pressed. I can’t understand why both pumps have stopped working, screen and power wash, when they both have different feeds, 2 wires on power wash and 3 wires on screen wash,

The extra wire on the screen washer is the level sensor.

At least you can test the headlight washer is getting power at the relay, rather than having to open up the wheel arch liner to get to it. I'm sure you already know this, but the headlight washer doesn't run on every button press. I took the fuse out for mine as it mainly sprayed over the bonnet.
