Would anyone one have a wiring diagram for a 99 XK8 stereo ? I'm installing a new stereo in my car and I've checked with a lot of suppliers and no one seems to have an adaptive wiring harness. I'll have to splice most of the connections I think?......I was hoping not to. Thanks in advance.

BTW...It doesn't have premium sound or is not Alpine.

 

It is on JTIS. Get the CD. There is a free download somewhere out there.

How will you fill up the extra space on the side?

 

Instructions to get JTIS can be found in the FAQ sticky at the top of this forum. Also, you will likely need to look at the '98 wiring diagram, at least my copy did not have '99. It changed in 2000.

 

I'm pretty good with finish carpentry and found a supplier of walnut. I'm going to make a Walnut insert and then cut out for the stereo. I'll post pictures after I'm done.
