I have never been so upset at the work performed.

Over spray on passenger door, no work was performed on that area.

Bumperette was shattered at sometime during its stay

We will see what they have to say tomorrow morning

Well, although thats good, have they explained why the damage was there in the first place and or how it was caused?
Have they also explained how it went back out to you like that with no explanation.............were they hoping you wouldn't notice??

Personally, I'd be livid !!

I saw this forum comment in benzworld.org turns up in a Google search for this company.

Anyone with bad experience with Park Place Bodywerks in Dallas besides us? - Benzworld.org - Mercedes-Benz Discussion Forum

ALWAYS do the necessary research and due diligence on a body shop before you elect to allow them to work on your vehicle. Time well worth spending....

Those front overriders are surprisingly strong, so they must have hit something pretty good to crack it like that. That would give me nightmares.

I am not happy about it but there appears to be a fight coming up....

What is the price for those?

Hi Cerberus66,

During your continued discussions you could point out that the title of this thread now appears on page one of a Google search for them (or it does from my location anyway) and they would do well to ensure a very happy ending to this distressing story to avoid putting others off using their services.

Such is the power of the internet.

They had it finished today at 3PM To MY SATISFACTION.

FUNNY thing fellas, they saw this post and asked that if I was satisfied if I would state that. Thus I have.

They said they regularly view these forums,

I will say that a company who takes the time to review their social media reputation my hats are off to them.

Kudos to them for putting it all right andto your satisfaction!!

It really does just show the power of the internet and something I'll be using if necessary when I visit the VW bodyshop to claim against the 12 year anti perforation warranty as my wife's front wings start to rust outta nowhere.

To be absolutely fair Cerberus, it would be a good idea to change / amend the thread title as it still shows them in a negative light and not per your agreement............perhaps a "RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY" or similar tagged onto the title?
Myself or a mod can help to change this if you see fit..............

I love the internet. That's awesome.

Now I'm going to go change the name of my company to something generic that will get five million hits when someone googles the name.
