Hi EZDriver. The best article about enjoying the life I have ever read. You are giving me hope I will play with my toys for some more time. Although a bit younger (51) and never supersonic, I have been flying for over a thirty years from props to Boeing and Airbus, riding the bikes (in addition to XK8, of course) and pursuing many other hobbies, always wondering if it is not too much. Your example is showing me that it is not.
I wish you many sunny and calm mornings and many happy landings.

I would be extremely pleased to see one of your presentations. If there is a chance, please let me know.

Regards

Tom

Thumbs up 2 In The Family!

I'm 68, and have been the owner of a beautiful Sapphire Blue XK8 for the past 6 years. My son liked it so much he bought a white XK8 which he sold after about 2 years and bought a stunning Silver XKR. He was 35 when he bought the first one, and is just now turning 40, and has had the XKR about 3 years. By the way, I traded a C4 Corvette for the Jag, and like it much better, and I actually liked the Corvette.

Default Help for the top end.....

Got my first Jag in January this year - 2004 XK8 convertible - and turning 80 before the year is over. My first British car was a -47 MG TC some 60+ years ago. Seems that I have had a two seater convertible ever since. Spending six winter months in Arizona, enjoying the Jag and the "top down" weather, and six months on the road in our Motorhome, looking for good fishing - like in Alaska.

32 a week and a half ago, having had my XKR coming on 9 years soon. I've posted over the years in this thread. I'd say I'm old enough to know better but dumb enough to still do it is my relative age.
