Jaguar CIRCUIT BOARD, BULB HOLDER FOR PASSENGER SIDE TAIL LAMP seems to not be working. Tail light is out on passenger side. Got new bulbs.......did not work. Switched Circuit Board, bulb holder from drivers sdie to passenger side.......it worked with lod bulbs and new bulbs. I think it must be the circuit board holder.......whaat do you think? Thanks

 

It's probably a burned out ground, a design flaw from the manufacturer. It needs a new ground wire direct to the board.

 

The ground was my thought too. If you search that there are some good pics for an easy DIY repair.
