Hi all, Just about pulling what little hair I have left out of my head. I am in UK, and I need a cat for the RH bank for my XK8. Internet searches show availability but almost always the right hand cat is shown without the two hole mounting bracket welded to the base near the 90 degree bend, yet the LH bank pics always show this bracket. As both LH and RH cats have this bracket welded in place I am struggling to understand why it is offered only on the LH bank.

Anyone out there found a source for the correct part without of course applying for the mortgage required from main dealer.

it would help if you posted the year of the vehicle - (adding a signature with the pertinent info helps when responding to questions)
