XK8 Headrest Adjustment

Default XK8 Headrest Adjustment
Just bought a 2005 XK8 yesterday and was wondering how to raise and lower the headrests. There was no manual with the car and the headrests do not move manually. From checking a few threads it seems like they are powered, but I have no idea where the control switch might be.

I will assume the '05 is the same as the '04. If true, then the center switch on the left side of the seat controls: seatback angle (fore and aft on the switch), and headrest height (up and down on the switch).

And if you operate this switch and only hear motor noise but no headrest movement, the fix is simple (see the FAQ section).
