Need some advise...have a 2003 XK8...55K miles...
Was stored for winter...started weekly...this last time after running
noticed a little transmission fluid under car...is this normal?..during storage.

It is not all that common for the transmission pan to leak on the zf6hp, but the mechatronic sleeve is a common place to leak. HOWEVER, how do you know it is fluid from the transmission under the car? The ZF fluid is basically a clear/opaque colorless fluid, not red like many may expect. Reddish/purplish fluid could be either power steering fluid, or even a motor mount, which are fluid filled, the fluid is purple. So, what color is the fluid?
