At this point now that you had replaced that fuse have you attempted to swap out your relay as Steve indicated? If not do that first. You need to read the OBDII codes and post the codes so we can read them. What onboard computer are you using to read codes?

As for putting the car in “N” just put your key in the run “II” position and put your foot on the brake and move the shifter in the “N” position and then try to start the car.
