Smile XKR Eaton M112 Superchager Components

The following components are used on the Eaton M112 Supercharger when fitted to the 4 litre Jaguar XKR engines between the years of 1997 and 2003.
The part numbers shown are international as are the specifications for the oil.
Front snout oil seal dimensions 20 x 47 x 7mm ,original seal is nitrile , Better quality is made of Viton , part number TC12443
Front snout bearing dimension 20 x 47 x14 mm part number 6204 ( basic number , also available in shielded versions EG 6204-2RS )
Rear snout bearing dimension 17 x 40 x 12 mm part number 6203- C3 which means greater clearance than normal bearing ( basic number , also available in shielded versions EG 6203-2RS )
Rear housing bearings 17.462 x 23.823 x 20.400 Needle roller bearings Manufactured by INA . These bearings are twenty thou longer than the original ones , so care is required when fitting.
Part number FC65477 fairley difficult to buy in some markets at a good price.
No information just yet on the center bearings that run in oil nor the seals. Maybe someone can provide that information.
The special supercharger oil international specification is MIL-PRF-23699 ( Specs are on the internet ) and is used in the aircraft industry for use in Turbines .
Available as AEROSHELL 555 or aeroshell 500 and is very inexpensive for a whisker under one litre bottle.
Cheers

Smile Eaton M112 components update

I believe the middle inner bearings to be 6203-C3 just like the rear snout bearing , see above.
I also believe the inner seal dimension to be 17 x 40 x 7mm ( maybe someone can either confirm this and/or provide correct information )
The Aeroshell oil 555 ( point 946 of a litre sealed tin can ) , is a synthetic Ester based oil with the total specifications.
MIL--PRF--23699 ; DOD--PRF--85734A ; DEF STAN 91-100
Nitrile seals of the TCN type ( Double liped ) with a nitrile content of 50 percent can be used with this oil.
Nitrile standard spec is 32 percent.( Good to poor rating. )
Best oil seals for this Ester based oil are made of VITON .
Cheers John
