Unhappy XKR Heater not working

Hello, can anyone point me in the right direction please. My 1999 Jaguar XKR heater has suddenly stopped working. The engine temperature is normal but just no heat coming through the system. What is the most likely causes and where should I start?
Many thanks.

It could be the brushes in your heater pump.

Does the fan still blow? Are the settings turned all the way up?
One thing that may stop heat is that there is not enough coolant in the system to get pumped into the heater core. Have you checked your coolant level?

Who needs a heater in Michigan when you drive a furry Jaguar. Just cozy up to it.

Thermostat
Heater pump (test at plug on firewall)
Heater valve(test at plug on firewall)
Heater core blocked.

Default XKR Heater

I have tried all the fuses, the coolant level is fine. The heater fan does blow. I have set the heater on full (it is very cold here in Yorkshire, freezing temperatures all day) it just suddenly stopped. how do I check if the heater pump is working? Any ideas are very welcome.

With the ignition off, pull the pump relay and jumper it, if the pump and the connectors are in working order, you will hear the electric motor purr...

To make sure the solenoid is working, you can swap the connectors on the firewall and jumpering the heater pump relay will cause the solenoid to engage--you can feel it as well as hear it.

Remember to reconnect the heater pump to the correct connector (color coded wiring), remove the jumper (pins 30&87: they are marked as well as perpendicular to each other) and re-install the relay. Please do not jumper or short out pin 85 to 86!
