Default XKR lower front shock bushings

It's been quite sometime since I've been able to work on my cat, I now have some free time to continue. I've removed and replaced all my front bushings with powerflex goodies, installed my H&R springs, and have new upper shock mounts, my bad lower shock bushings have been pressed out(adaptive suspension), and the new ones are ready, has anyone replaced these, and if so, can you suggest the best way to install the new ones without damaging them? I will be freezing them, just worried about pressing then in without damaging the rubber boots, Any ideas and pics would help. Thanks!!

I removed the rubber boots first, they are held in with a couple of spring clips, pressed in the bush then refitted the boots.

Thanks for the tip, it is much appreciated, it's funny how the obvious is right under our nose, this is one of the great reasons I enjoy this forum!
