Default XKR Rear Lip Spoiler Relaminating

The rear lip spoiler on our 1999 XKR looks like it is delaminating from the boot lid. Any tips on how to re-attach it so it doesn't happen again?

My preference for a repair such as yours would be to use a reputable exterior-grade epoxy such as the Loctite brand....

Once glued, do you expect to have to paint?

3M two sided trim tape, same material the side moldings, and emblems are attached with. Glues may actually break the bond with the paint, depending on the type of glue.
