Shows 3 sensors but only the ones in the B pillar say EXCEPT US which i take to mean the US market cars dont have them. But that would mean I have the third which is in the overhead console

I have several question marks? ISM is “Intrusion Sense Module” I believe. Why is it here if I dont have one? How can I delete it from this scan results or can I?

Do I have mulri vone or just voice activated? I know I have voice activated but when do u choose multizome. I have weird little speaker grates on my headliner by the back seats? Whats that for?
