The  pump end I have a top notch kevlar reinforced reducer hose, convoluted end also stixalled. So at the rad end all I have to do is properly seal the slicone hose, which is where I have had all the trouble.

I am using some brilliant stuff called "Stixall" to even out the corrugations and it seals the silicone hose solidly.
