its not the module but its not the main fuel pump (RH side) could it be the LH side pump?
edit: update: put in a new fuel pump on RH side, ran for codes, heard noise in engine, figured out it was the tensioner which means the chain slipped which mean the cam is out of order causing a miss

To add - if the cam/chain skipped a tooth - you wouldn't only have a misfire, but multiple misfires across the cylinder bank and your engine would run like crap. If I recall correctly - your original misfire was only in Cyl #4 - correct?

Too add... Regarding Cyl #4 (Passenger Side - most rear coil) - this cylinder and Coil #8 (Driver's Side - most rear coil) are most susceptible to oil intrusion into the spark well - I would double check the spark well with a flash light/inspection camera - any oil (even if it's sitting at the very bottom of the well) is troublesome and any rust color soot in the spark well or on the coil boot is indicative of water intrusion - which is also troublesome for the coil.
Keep in mind - any of these coils can exhibit intermittent issues at start up but more so when the engine is hot.
